1-Balance in our account is $3,185. Plus 173 stamps. We spent $382 for liability insurance. Lynn told us the Risk Management Officer required the insurance or the Principal would have to accept responsibility, so we purchased the insurance.

2-We voted unanamousily to provide a room at the Fairfield Inn for the DVD man to stay 2 nites. He’s coming from California.

3-Pattie has lined up Awards for our Vets. Price is $2.60/each plus $30/set up, and $11/shipping. The ceremony will take 15-20 minutes of our Saturday nite program. All agreed.

4-Leon told us Woody Ware is home and doing better. Cynthia said Alice Lippman is having some Medical challenges, and Evelyn may not be available to help with decorations. She asked if we want to spend money for a Banner. Ann is still looking for our old one. No decision was made.

5-Ginny said her brother is donating a week’s stay at his Cabin in Hayesville, N.C. as one of our door prizes.

6-Sandra Ranier Wiley passed out the beautiful Agenda w/picture of Boone High and Auditorium she has prepared. Each Classmate will get one as they register on Friday.

7-Pattie said no one wants to tour us at the School Saturday, but she hopes to have it covered. It’s Prom nite that nite.

8-Ann and Joyce are working on name tags.

9-Pattie needs dress forms to display clothes of our era.

10-Skit: Pattie outlined it and played music provided by our DJ. We agreed to have rehearsal on the 20th of Feb. at Syd and Paula’s clubhouse. But it has been rescheduled for this Saturday, Feb. 13th at 2P.M. at Syd and Paula’s clubhouse at Plantation Gardens Condos on Lake Underhill Drive. We need more guys!!!

11-Next Meeting/Gathering is planned for March 20th/Saturday at Syd and Paula’s clubhouse at 4 P.M.

6:16P.M. We adjourned.
